The Speaker added a Judiciary Committee referral to precede the                
Finance Committee referral for the following:                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 4                                             
Relating to records generated and maintained by the Department                
of Health and Social Services.                                                 
                                                                               
HCR 4 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the               
Judiciary Committee.
